Title: Resilience to phishing attacks is failing to improve

The bad guys use phishing because it works, and it works because it exploits weaknesses in human psychology and organisational culture. We won't fix cybersecurity until we fix those things.

Good article. I can't speak to fixing "organizational culture", but I'm not sure that weaknesses in "human psychology" will ever be fixable. Preying on fears, foibles and anxieties is the time-honoured method of the con artist.
