not sure which caused a problem. I wanted to reinstall the home button, so I deleted it, now I can't install it. I can't delete the installer either. My computer is doing weird random things like, not letting me login to Skype because "your system is unavailable, please restart your computer". Still doesn't login. Games act weird, won't play right. At one point I got a message of my computer not having enough space, but it does. Sometimes I turn on my computer and get a message "internal fatal error" and some things don't load, but then I restart my pc and the message doesn't come up.

I'm very confused, it's so many random problems, I'm not sure what my issue is! Please help!   ???

a little box popped up while I was away from my computer "fatal error! msvcr90.dll could not be extracted!" Now I noticed I can't delete anything on my computer or even make a new folder on my desktop. I'm starting to think this has nothing to do with the orbi wifi router, maybe it was my mistake of deleting the home button?

Are you talking about the window button in the lower right corner of the screen?

No, the pokki home button that came pre installed with Win 8. I tried system restore, it ran a disk check, said it fixed something, but didnt restore my pc. it also said to run chkdsk /r, I'm not sure how.  but I'm able to delete the pokki installer now, I tried redownloading it, it said its already on my pc, but I can't find it. maybe theres more problems? maybe its not related to the pokki home button? I've never had a pc issue like this ever.

There is a link here to the newest version. You need to reinstall it, and then go thru the programs and features control panel and uninstall it. That should fix your problems if they are caused by that button.

I did try to reinstall it, it will not let me, says I have it on my system already, though I uninstalled it, went through all the steps, it says its still there, but I cannot find it anywhere, not even on regedit.

Do you know how to reboot windows cleanly? Try  that and then try reinstalling it. Let me know if you need instructions.
