Yes please. Also just use the computer and see if the problems were fixed, or changed at all.

You will have to send me a link to send the files. The forum will not allow me to attach them because of the extension.

Changed the extenson to .log. You will have to change it back. Let me know if you have any problem with it.

Both those logs only had one entry in each. Please do that again. Also the link I sent you in the PM is usable for another 10 days, so you can upload them to that link again.

OK, looks like the services are starting up now. Most of what is left is nitnoid issues. Are you having a problem getting websites to open?

The only updates available are Microsoft Security Essentials. I am using Kaspersky and did not install it.

So it sounds like everything is working normally, except maybe the speed?

It looks like everything is ok unless you see some other problem that needs attention. The speed is ok.

Thank you so much for your help.

I have never been able to present you with a problem that you could not solve. You are the best!!!

I have another computer that crashed after installing PC Matic. I will start a new topic for it & see if you can help me salvage it. I don't have much hope for it, but maybe you can work your magic.
