Hiya StrawberrySheep,

Is this issue Ukash Scam? you need to go to the Malware Removal Forum, read the stickies at the top of the thread and open a thread there...

Post Here for Malware Removal ...

If you are unable to post the requested logs at least give as much information as possible, Version of Windows etc... If your screen defaults to the UKash screen select Alt plus F4 keys together and see if you get the option to close out the open window...

Sounds a lot like the thing that infected my computer.  ;d
See if this helps you also: link removed by PCB
Follow the instructions and then download this program. Link removed by PCB I am using the free version, but if you can afford to buy it, Hoov suggested it would be better.
That was what I did and my computer is clean since then. I hope it works for you too  :t

I strongly suggest you follow kevinf80's recommendation and post in our malware removal forum.  We do not recommend partial solutions such as that suggested above.  X is an excellent product, and we often use it in conjunction with other tools to remove malware completely.  Malware removal can be very tricky, and all our MRS have received extensive training and have years of experience.  I am locking this topic to avoid any other incorrect, although well intentioned, recommendations from untrained members.
