Both Malwarebytes and Windows Defender can run at the same time. They do play well together. Ccleaner only cleans windows and browser cache's and other temporary files. There is no problem with it and the other two running at the same time.

The only way you might have a problem is if your computer is older, and has a slower processor or not enough memory.

I agree with Hoov. In fact, IMO, MBAM and WD together form a great security defense and are what I use on all my Windows 8.x systems.

I am assuming you are using W8 too, with the Windows Defender that comes with W8. If you using Windows 7, then use Microsoft Security Essentials with MBAM.

And I use CCleaner as well.
