Deleting Other Devices from Device Management
« on: May 14, 2017, 10:31:32 AM »
I have 2 drivers showing up in Device Management that have ? on Other Devices.  Open them up and search
properties/hardware etc and it has a bunch of numbers which after searching them I find it is headphone/microphone.
I had a headphone/microphone plugged into my new computer but don't know if it worked or not because I
never used it.  I have removed it from my computer but this still shows as unknown driver in Other Devices.

I can't find drivers for them and do not want to use them because they are ancient.

Question:  How do I delete this from Other Devices so they do not show up with ? marks?

I have tried to delete the drivers in Management but when I restart they just come back.

Appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Right click on them and select properties. Go to the details tab. In the drop down menu and select Hardware ID's and then copy that entire section and paste it up here.
