When logged onto the new user STICKY KEY pop up keeps popping up, kept pressing No, but now the same thing is happening in this profile,

Erased it and made a new one, and it is fixed, but after some time, it stops working correctly and has the same problem.

Does that make since?

*(even tried using external USB keyboard)* Same results.

My name is Hoov, and I am going to help you out for a bit. We have moved out of the malware arena and into hardware problems.

I need you to look at your keyboard, are any of the keys uneven with the rest of them? Are any of the keys sticky?

Also I need to ask you a question, are you comfortable in disassembling your laptop? I can walk you thru the removal of your keyboard.

Thank you, Hoov!

I actually have taken it apart already (before I thought it may be a virus)
watched a youtube video on how to open this model
I took the keypad out, but did not separate it from the keys from the panel. Kind of blew it out.

* (in the process the CTRL key fell out)

* The space bar is leaning down to the left side.

Can you disconnect the keyboard from the motherboard? Be very careful with the connector, the plastic is very thin. Make sure to turn the power off and remove the battery. Once you have the keyboard disconnected, connect the USB keyboard back up and then power up the computer. Test out the keyboard and see if it works normally.
