LinkedIn Phishing Scams
« on: January 21, 2012, 05:34:53 PM »
I've been receiving lots of spams pretending to be from LinkedIn saying any of the following:

1. Account blocked
2: Account on hold
3. Five failed login attempts

All of them contain a Google shortened URL. Don't cilick it!

And don't bother trying to report this to LinkedIn. There's a bug on their website which prevents you from submitting their contact form after you spend time filling in all the requested info and details about the phishing attacks. Guess that's one way LinkedIn can pretend they know nothing about nasty things using their name.   >:(
