The more I look around, the more that error is very common, so for now you can ignore it. The only problem I see are those two hardware devices. Right click on each of them and select properties and go to the details tab, go to the drop down menu next to property and select class Guid and then let me know what is in the box below that. You can select it all with a mouse and then copy and paste.

I think I have it identified, can you give me the make and model of your computer so I can tell you what the correct drivers are?

Well there is a problem. Your computer does not appear to be Windows 10 capable, which just means the OEM was too lazy to develop drivers for windows 10. The strange part is it appears that they do not even have drivers for those devices for Windows 8. Your computer does have an Intel processor in it correct? Its not an AMD processor?

That is what I found yesterday as well. We needed something off the Intel website, but it was down for maintanence most of yesterday. Here is what you need, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ under automatically update your drivers click the button marked get started, and follow the instructions. After you get thru that, reboot your computer and check the hardware manager and see if the problem was resolved. Let me know.

Did you get an error message?

Please download and install Speccy. Once that is done, then start it up. Once it is done analyzing, click on File and then on Save Snapshot. Save the snapshot to your desktop and then right click on it and select Send To and then Compressed (Zipped) Folder. I will send you a PM on what to do with the file.
