That makes no sense. My computer is only 5 months old. And nothing is changed but the time and its always setback exactly 1 hour. Nothing else gets changed

Have you gone into the BIOS to make sure that your date and time is set properly?
For the BIOS, when you first startup, you get an option to click F2 for setup and F12 for boot options. Or something like that. Go to setup. Along the bottom or the right side there are instructions for maneuvering in the BIOS and for changing settings. One page in there has the date and time. It is usually either the first page, or right near the top. If the date and time are correct, then hit esc and exit the bios. Then turn off the computer and unplug it for 2 minutes. This will clear the BIOS if the internal battery is bad. Start it up again and check the date and time in the BIOS again. If the time is still correct, then the battery is not the problem
