So i have a Compaq Laptop running Windows 7 64-bit with the latest updates and service packs. Actually, after the update IE actually stopped working, at first it was the only program allow internet access, now it too, has fallen  i have my log files i will post in a minute but I'd like to say everything I've tried so you guys don't suggest the same things I've already attempted. oh this computer probably has about 40 total hours of use on it so i DOUBT it has a virus of whatever sort

-I've turned off the firewall and allowed the programs i wish to use for internet

-I've opened up new ports

-I've deleted all the anti-virus software

-I've done the little msconfig startup stuff

this is my last try before i give up hope, here all my log files, pleassee save me

also i don't really know how to remove these files so a small summary on how to do that will be nice :)

Press the Windows key to open a Run box.

Type msconfig.

First, it is possible to get some form of malware in the first seconds that your computer is connected to a network, it doesn't even have to be connected to the internet. Second, go ahead and turn all the software back on. Run msconfig and select normal startup then click apply then click OK and reboot the computer. Third, I would turn off all P2P software. It may be that you have an internet connection, but all the bandwidth is being sucked up by them. If that still does not help then I would reset the Winsock using the instructions below.

Click Start. click run, type: cmd, and press CTRL+SHIFT+Enter
Type: netsh winsock reset, and then press the ENTER key.
Type: Exit and press ENTER.
Restart the computer.

Let me know if that works or not.
