So frustrated-cannot browse the web due to constant 'ghost' floater getting in the way of what I'm trying to see...when I click on what I THINK is the website button, it brings me to some unknown 'saver sight' of comparable items.  In addition, the right side of my screen is 25-30% dominated by a constantly changing/flashing invite for various vendors. AAAuuugh. Help. Not sure if these are related or two different forms of Malware.

Hi-I'm embarrassed to say that I've been trying to copy/paste both logs into this reply and can't seem to get it done. They're on my desktop, I highlight them to copy/cut but when I come back to this the cut/copy/paste area can't be accessed...only the 'select all'. As you've already guessed, I'm not very experienced at copying/pasting documents/files.

There is no need to do any cutting, open the log DDS.txt, put your cursor at the start, select Ctrl key Plus the A key, that highlight all of the text. Then select Ctrl Key plus the C key, that copies every thing to the clipboard. Go to your reply here at SH, put the cursor where you want then select Ctrl key plus V key, that will paste to your reply.

Do the same with the Attach.txt log....
