Security Task Manager

On a recent email from CNET they advised trying a program called Security Task Manager, I did this it flagged 3 files as dangerous. My question is, is Security Task Manager any good and are the 3 files listed below realy a problem?

BingExt.dll

Hello steveqae,

The program you ask about is legitimate as are the files that it flagged as dangerous. If the security task manager is the only security tool you have on board that complains of those files, then it's my gut feeling that these are false positive readings.

What antivirus product do you use?

I use Virginmedia security suite, superantispyware and malwarebytes, non of them report any defects and the computer is running fine. I was just curious.

If none of your other security programs flagged anything, then I wouldn't be concerned. You can always send feedback to the author of that application. With these type programs, they would never know if the signature database has detected something falsely without it...same holds true for antivirus products.

If it were me, I'd trash it and just use WinPatrol...I've used it for years and sleep quite well at night.
