unable to copy/paste hijack report.

hello, i have mutilple computer issues, and was ignored at the " post a twreport" forum, so I guess i should start here. I am unable to do anything with the report. the trend micro report for one thing says after it is generated that it cannot access host files. Then it says to shut down tm, restart as admin, and then a report is generated, but when i try to save the notebook page to desktop i cann't. to tell you the truth, i cannot even find notebook anywhere, except when the report is generated. so i am clueless, and don't know where to start. i have vista. Thanks for your help.

Hi Jeff....Welcome to SpywareHammer..!

When the notepad opens with the log...Right click within the notepad>>select 'copy'...Then paste the log in the forum by right clicking and selecting 'paste'...

Your other post has not been ignored - we only allow our Malware Removal Staff to reply to logs in the TrendMicro forum to ensure you get the best advice possible.

Follow the instructions a_cup posted above.  If you still have problems then post back here and we will see if there is another way we can get a log.

I have posted a note in the other thread to the effect that your log will be along shortly.
