Slow, freezes, last attempt

I posted a thread a long time ago about my computer. I'm having similar issues only worse. It freezes (not responding) to almost every program after i load it, it usually lasts a minute or so before it's normal. Besides that every video or game I play lags and slows down. It's extremely choppy. It seems to get worse day by day. I'm at the point now where I can barely watch or play anything. Trying to get my schoolwork done is also an issue. A lot of my classes use a flash based programs, blogs, etc. and what should take a normal person a few seconds takes me 20 minutes to do anything with it. Here's my log.

Sometimes computers run slow for other reasons besides malware. You need to make sure that you have installed all your Windows updates, and run the maintenance tasks such as defragmenting and check disk. Your computer can run slow because your disk space is almost gone so you should check on that.
One thing you can do is close everything. Open task manager. In the Performance tab, check your CPU usage and  memory. If you aren't running anything your CPU usage should be close to 0. If either of these numbers are high, then there is probably a program running that you don't know about, which is probably malware. You can look at the Processes tab to see what is running, but unless you know what you are doing, don't delete anything.
