Could be the end for such deceitful web masters as has seemingly been the case at FB. How could anyone maintain control over private data under such circumstances. Well...one couldn't, and evidently hasn't as alleged in those claims.
Maybe those who haven't joined up yet will take the step forward just to be part of the class action. Those billions, once distributed to all the users would probably just amount to a couple bucks, but I foresee an attempt at it regardless. I've seen this before as a policeman. As example:
A large public transportation vehicle (bus) is involved in a minor accident. The only one on the bus was the driver. However, when cops arrive, the bus is nearly full of people wanting to claim injury lol...it happens.
