Corrupted program that wont delete (Avast)

Ok, so Avast is screwing up my comp, anytime I try to delete it says not allowed. I am the owner and administrator of the comp and still cant get it gone. Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried the Avast Removal Tool?
