Hey Kevin, here are the logs for OTM and HJT...I'll have some time to take care of Adobe and Java tomorrow. And as for Windows Firewall...I was mistaken, it was actually Windows Defender that was giving me the error message, and a little googling clarified that MSE (which I have) supercedes and takes over the functions of Defender!

I've completed the other two tasks as well, and everything seems to be working just fine! I was thinking, unless you have any more steps for me, I'll run a full scan tomorrow, and if all turns out to be clear then this can be labelled as resolved :)
