Check your router and see if there is an MTU setting in there. Let me know what it is set on if there is.

MTU is set at  AUTO -1500

I have been going over this again trying to figure out what the problem is. Did you download and install Netstat Live from AnalogX?

I would like you to download a file from the internet with Netstat running and then transfer the file to your other computer and then let me know the speeds of both the download and transfer.

What numbers and/or what am I supposed to do or look for for when I do this? I downloaded the file  and I have the netstat open. I did not see any numbers change. I do not try to transfer the file yet. Did you mean transfer it through the router?

If you look at the attached image it is the incoming and outgoing data transfer is somewhat highlighted. Those are the numbers I am looking for depending on the direction the file is going.

Are both the NICs in this computer expansion cards? Or is one an onboard connection?
