The extra one I had is already in this computer. This computer has 2 connections . A few days back u had me put the extra one in my CPU.

Click Start | Control Panel.
Click Network And Internet Connections.
Click Network Connections.
Now right click on one of the connections and select properties. Now in the middle of the window is a box that says this connection uses the following protocols. Tell me the protocols listed and which ones are checked.

Please go to the control panel and then to the Add / Remove programs and uninstall any software by Cisco  and by Pure Networks. Once that is done reboot your computer.
