Boot to the Recovery Console, at the prompt type the following bold text:

chkdsk /r tap enter.  Note the space between chkdsk and /r

Let it run uninterrupted, when finished type exit tap enter.

Will the system boot now? try Normal mode, if no good try Safe Mode...
