Did you get an e-mail when you purchased it?

Yes i did, an email with my product key information. It's in my saved mail. When I click on the download link, the page that comes up states that "Service is experiencing difficulties." I've been attempting to find other links on the internet, but I may just have to wait until Microsoft gets their maintenance problems resolved.

The computer is working very well.

Can you send me a private message with the address so I can check it for you?

Hi Hoov,

That link asked for my PIN, which was not included in my email message from Microsoft. So, what I ended up doing was downloading a trial version. I then went to uninstall programs and selected "change." One subsequent window appeared that allowed me to enter my product code. It now appears that I have the permanent version of Office uploaded. I'm not sure how to tell exactly.

Just wanted to let you know.

Click the File tab.
Click Help.
If you don't see an Activate Product Key button, your software has been activated.
If you do see an Activate Product Key button, your software hasn't been activated. You should follow the instructions in the "How do I activate at a later time" section.
