Slow boot up and logout

I have a Dell that I run xp on. I am on cable internet but it has slow down alot. I have 4 gmail accounts and 3 work ok but on takes 2-4 min. to open if it does. Most things seem to work ok. when I go to shut down takes along time. When I go to task man. sometimes shows internet not responding but useing 50% cpu. Is my problem fixable. I have run cleaners but seem no luck Can send a hijack this log

Maybe...read This first and try those recommendations. If it still seems slow to you, then you should follow the instructions Here. Some one will be along to assist you as time permits.
