[Terminated] USB Ports Not Working they want to format drives

I have a Dell Optiplex 790, Windows 7 64 bit, When I plug in a flash drive it wants to format it before use, the USB ports worked fine about a month ago, I can take this Flash Drive and plug into one of the other Dells and it works fine. I have updated the BIOS and the CHIPset and still nothing I was told maybe a possible rootkit, Any Help would be appreciated.

What was it you did on that port the last time you plugged something into it and what was it that was plugged it? When was the last reboot?

Sorry I am Here was out of the building for a day and a half.
They reboot every night, they have a lable printer that I just found out about that sometimes print and sometimes dont.
