printer not being recognized after install

I have a dell AIO 962 photo printer. It has work pretyy well with out problems until a couple of weeks ago. I don't know what happen but it's not like I haven't uninstaled and installed this printer before on many occasions. It is even idenified in the find printer page, but every time I click on it to idenify it I get a window stateing that the printer is not installed. HELP!!! going crazy here :-\

Are you still haing problems with your 962 printer?

If you still need help, please post back, make and model of your computer and and operating system and how you're trying to connect your Dell 962 printer to your computer.
