DDS doesn't tell me anything other than it doesn't detect a problem. Ccleaner just removes temporary files that can sometime cause the problem you see. Rkill is meant to kill some malware that can cause your problem but can protect itself from being removed. TDSSKiller tells me that the problem you have is not the TLD4 rootkit.
I know that it seems confusing and that we do not seem to be getting anywhere, but the problem that you are having can be caused by a half dozen or so different pieces of malware. Almost all of the problems leave no trace that they have been installed, except that you get redirected. All of the programs I am having you run search out and destroy a certain type of malware that can cause this problem. But because there are so many kinds that can cause this problem, the accepted practice is to start with the program that can cause the least problem to the program that can do the heaviest lifting and the most damage if run incorrectly.
Combofix looks at your computer for certain signs of a problem. If it does it fixes that. Sometimes by deleting files, sometimes by replacing files with stored originals, sometimes it finds and does nothing. I know the warning I posted can be a little worrying, but as long as you follow the instructions step by step you will be OK. I have run every program that I recommend on my own computer, so I know they are safe.
