Hi I could really use some help.
My computer is slow to bring up web based programs.
It will not update Adobe flash.
It will not update Apple software.
I have tried some basic cleaning, but I continue to limp along.

Have you cleaned temporary files off your computer? If not go to www.piriform.com and get a copy of Ccleaner. Are you getting any errors when you try and do the updates?
