Which internet browser do you recommend?

I'm currently running IE 9 and have used Mozilla Firefox previously but didn't like it very much.  What about using Google Chrome?

I'm asking because I'm still getting a run time error message when trying to download a pdf document from a link to access a document for my school course work assignments.

I uninstalled Adobe X and installed Foxit Reader and the run time error message is still popping up. 

I was thinking maybe I had an issue with IE9 and should consider installing another internet browser. 

Do you have any suggestions on what I should do to resolve my run time error message?

You will hate hearing this, but I use Firefox almost exclusively. The straight version does lack a few things, but with the addons, you can customize it to your hearts content. About the runtime error, I have posted a couple questions on your other thread.
