applications take forever to open. processes don't end

for no reason at all, programs that took seconds to load 2 days ago are taking 10 minutes to load.  when i open task manager, i see processes running that i know but didnt start.  when i try to end them it says access denied.

Sorry for the delay - I missed seeing your post  for some reason.

Try restoring your system to a time before 23rd March.  Something may have installed that is causing this problem.

Also, download Process Explorer .  Run the downloaded file (named procexp.exe).  When the list has populated, go to File, Save As and save to your Desktop with the default name (procexp.txt).  Attach that file to your next post.
