Boot up fails intermittently
« on: July 10, 2009, 06:10:38 AM »
I have an HP tx2000 tablet pc running windows 7rc1

After shut down or sleep (doesn't matter) a hard reboot or reset (sometimes 3 or 4) is required.  All is normal when it finally boots.

I am running Windows 7RC1 but I wouldn't think that is relevant because it worked great under that OS for a long while.

Please, any suggestions?

Please don't make posts to multiple firums - it just complicates matters.  I have removed your post in the Windows 7 forum as it is probably not related to the OS.

What exactly happens when you try to wake your system from sleep mode?
How are you waking it up (keyboard, mouse, power button)?
