I would just stop them from starting up. Leave them installed, and occasionally run them to keep them updated. Superantispyware and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware are good tools that scan quickly. Spybot's Teatimer does a good job for real time monitoring. I am not real familiar with Spyware Doctor so I will not say either way for that. To the best of my knowledge all of these programs will work well on your system, and keeping one real time monitor is recommended, so it is your choice.

How do I prevent them to start when I start my computer without uninstalling them?

If you right click on the icon in the system tray, there should be some kind of option for settings, and in there will be an option to uncheck the load on start feature. If not, then run the full program and check in there. If you are still unable to find a way to keep it starting with windows, get a program from Mike Lin called Startup Control Panel. If you get the Control Panel version it will be installed in the control panel. Run it, and then go thru the various tabs and look for where the program is listed, and just uncheck it, then close the startup control panel. The next time you reboot the computer, it shouldn't start.
