My husband's computer was seriously infected with malware. After running Malwarebytes, we now have the computer up & running with no error messages. He can't connect to the internet except in safemode. We have tried downloading Firefox and that doesn't work either. Apparently something happened to his Dell Netwok Assistant, we have removed and tried reinstalling...that has not worked either. He connects through a wireless connection. The internet connections show that he is connected and has excellent strength. However when he clicks on IE, the page comes up but does not load.
We would appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks!!
