Internet explorer works fine sometimes, then suddenly stops responding or loads internet connection problem page. The problem is intermittent, but occurs several times a day and the only solution I have found is a complete re-boot. I'm running Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, and Outlook 2003 to manage multiple email accounts and communicate with collegues.
I don't know if it is a conflict with my firewall, other software, or some type of virus/malware. Have not been able to identify root-cause. Can you offer any troubleshooting assistance?
