Try doing it from safe mode.

Have you had this kind of problem installing or uninstalling a program before?

It didn't uninstall it just ran it Oh and no it never happened like that before.

 ;D After i ran OTC the Combofix Icon dissapeared i guess it did uninstall.

No it's all good, we got rid of what i wanted Thanks so much. Any ideas on how i got infected? All the redirections led to some kind of Help Wanted Ad.

Not really. It can happen a million different ways. The best advice I can give you to keep it from happening again, is watch your browsing habits, and stay away from questionable sites. And keep everything updated.
