[In Progress]sprtcmd.exe - No Disk

This error pops up randomly in it's own window:

sprtcmd.exe - No Disk

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive E:.

Cancel Try Again Continue

I click on Cancel and then again and it goes away for a undetermined time frame.

Please help me get rid of this.
