No Problem, Your Welcome.

You may want to read THIS for ordering the Recovery Disc's from HP, there is no point in making the disk now as it will take every thing you have on the system at present and recover it to that, so there will basically be no change.

There is no downloadable way to get the disk as far as I know but if you ring HP and have your Windows 7 CD key, (normally located on the desktop's tower) they may tell you different.

Thanks
K27.

This Topic has been reopened at the request of the user who started the thread.

Hi,

I am going to have to go over everything we have done in this thread and will not have time to do that until tonight (GMT).

In the mean time please do not act on any of my previous post's as that information may now be outdated.

Please post a fresh HJT log.

Thanks.

I'm having a little trouble with HJT, when I scan it says that my system is blocking it from seeing the hosts or something and when it finishes it dosen't create a log file.

Hey K27, I came back from lunch and found my computer doing some strang things and wouldnt' respond to a lot of what I was trying to do so I just took it to a local guy to get it reformated and reinstalled.
