Dell V505 won't print all pages

I uninstalled and reinstalled my Dell V505 on my Vista 32-bit Dell system today, because I was having trouble getting multiple pages to print.  After reinstalling, I attempted to print a three page article from the internet.  Nope, wouldn't work.  I can, however, print multiple pages from MSWord.  I tried many internet searches to find a solution.  Does anyone know what switch I might have flipped that is causing this problem?  Thanks, Kathy B.

What browser were you using? Have you tried with a different browser?

Also you may want to try clearing out both your browser cache, and the temporary files in windows. Try using CCleaner or a similar tool.

What is the make and model of your computer and operating system?

How are you trying to connect the Dell V505 to your computer?
