Turn off monitor, hard disk and hibernate don't working anymore

Hope this is enough, I had to type in the information from Startup tap. It doesn't provide me with a copy option in msconfig.

Try this, disable your internet connection, and then set your comodo firewall so that it will not start with windows. Then reboot your computer, make sure comodo is off, and then set it to hibernate and see if it does. Then once you have figured out if it will, change the firewall settings back so it will start, reboot the computer and reconnect the internet, and let me know.

I did find out that it was my MagicJack causing the problem. When I unplugged the magicjack and uninstalled the program, the Hibernation, turn off monitor and hard disk worked when I did that. I then chatted with an agent from magicjack who explained that with the new update, the above function would not work. They are working on this issue and will make a new update soon to solve the problem.
