RDF:  Resource Description Framework is a standard model for data interchange on the Web.  It is based on the idea of identifying things using Web identifiers (called Uniform Resource Identifiers, or URIs), and describing resources in terms of simple properties and property values.
Reboot: To restart a computer when it is already running.
Recovery Console: A Boot environment, usually attained by booting from a Windows CD, used for advanced troubleshooting and repair.
Registry: A database containing information relating to computer settings, hardware and software configurations and user preferences.
Restore: The process of replacing data previously stored as a Backup to a computer's hard drive.
