Good afternoon Hoov.  I went and downloaded the ERUNT program,  but I have a question.   It says it is for the following Windows,  Registry Backup and Restore for Windows NT/2000/2003/XP,  but I have windows 7.  Will it work the same?

;)1 If you looked down to the next line it would have told you to go to the FAQ. Basically you need to turn off the UAC for your user profile.

Is this the newest version available for download, or are you installing it from a CD?

The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x004a2c8b.

Can you give me a new set of event viewer logs, just as you did before?

Ok, give me a couple minutes.  Have to go through post to see how to do it.  Would you tell me how to do it again?

I need you to go to the administration tools in Windows7. They are in the Control Panel. Open the Admin tools, then open the event viewer. Over on the left hand side expand the window category and then click on  System. Then up at the top click on Action and then click on Save Events As, type in system as the file name,  make sure file type EVTX is selected, and then navigate so it will save the file to your desktop, then click save. Over on the left hand side and click on Application. Then up at the top click on Action and then click on Save Events As, type in application as the file name,  make sure file type EVTX is selected, and then navigate so it will save the file to your desktop, then click save. Zip them both up into a single zip file, post them back here in your next reply as attachments.

Installing TrendMicro is the only problem you have left, correct?
